What to Wear in Class

Comfortable exercise clothing is the key and no need to expose your tummy.
Attire: T-shirt, leggings, gym or yoga pants.
Footwear: Bare feet, non-slip socks, jiffies, ballet flats or flexible dance shoes.
Extras: Purchase a treasure from our colourful range of jingly coined hip scarves starting from just $30. Alteranatively bring a scarfe from home to tie around your hips.
Water: Bring a water bottle and fill up here or sip from our filtered water cooler in the foyer.
